Get Ready for the Centennial Kickoff!

The Graduate School officially  starts its centennial celebration with the Centennial Kickoff on January 28th at 3:30 p.m. in the Grand Hall of the Tate Student Center. Beginning the year-long celebration, the inaugural event will include remarks by Michael Adams, UGA president,  and Maureen Grasso, dean of the Graduate School. Debra Stewart, president of the Council of Graduate School will present an address along with the presentation of the first annual Graduate School’s Innovation in Graduate School Education, both focusing on the future of graduate education. Stewart’s speech will discuss opportunity and challenges and how universities can prepare for oncoming changes in graduate school education.
